Our signature fine chain is beautifully delicate, so we recommend taking extra care to avoid catching or stretching. Please note that wear and tear isn’t covered under warranty.

Q: Can I customise the length of my chain?

A: We can customise the length of the chain for you. If you'd like your chain shorter, please make a note at checkout with your final length. If you'd like your chain longer, please add this product to your cart.

Q: Can I add birthstones instead of Lab-Grown Diamonds to the Therefore Necklace?

A: Yes! You can definitely personalise this piece with birthstones. Contact us to arrange this.

Q: Are your white gold Therefore Necklaces rhodium plated?

A: Our and 18ct white gold pieces are rhodium plated.
