"I first came across Kate and Kole through Instagram. Everything about their page and all of their pieces was beautifully curated. We visited two other boutiques in Sydney, but there was something about Kate and Kole that kept drawing me back. We decided to make the drive to the Newcastle boutique and as soon as we walked in, we knew we were in the right place.

I was torn between a solitaire oval and an elongated cushion but after seeing the Khia, I fell in love. The team was so welcoming and helpful, making the process seamless. The ring arrived in a beautifully packaged box, which even included a bottle of champagne—something Ollie knew I would love and was such a thoughtful touch.

Ollie is from Scotland, and we met there almost six years ago. We went back to Scotland with my family for Christmas. We stayed in a cabin in the Highlands and one morning, we woke up to snow. Ollie proposed that morning with both of our families present—a moment I will never forget.
